The cost of writing the post is determined solely by agreement between Blogger and Advertiser. Minimum and maximum price is not limited.

Blogger must publish a separate post according to each Advertiser's task, if the opposite is not explicitly stated in the task. Posts are added at the beginning or end of the post.

Links should be direct, without any additional redirection, in strict accordance with the Advertiser's bid. It is not allowed to place links in tags "noindex" and include attributes rel="nofollow" in links. Each link, posted at the request of Advertiser, must always be open for indexing by search engines.
If any of these conditions, as well as in case of detection of a post deleted by Blogger, Advertiser fees are refunded, if the deletion occurred through the fault of the Blogger, and if the Blogger has a sufficient amount in the account. If the amount in the account of the Blogger is not enough, the Administration has the right to freeze his account until clarification of all the circumstances of the removal or placement of incorrect links. In some cases, when there are substantial reasons, Administration, on the request of Advertiser, has the right to return him the amount of payment if the Blogger's fault in the deletion of the post wasn't proved.

When you are publishing the post the use of tag and similar tags that hide the post is not allowed, if the opposite was not explicitly stated in the Advertiser's task.

Blogger is obliged to comply with the requirements of Advertiser about finalizing of the executed text within the task conditions if the task had been prepared in accordance with the Rules for Advertisers at LinkFromBlog. No more than two such revisions are allowed, then Advertiser is obliged to transfer the agreed payment to Blogger.

If mentioning about LinkFromBlog service was disallowed by Advertiser in the task as well as in any other way indicating that the post is published on a paid basis, Blogger is obliged to comply with this requirement. Breach of this condition gives the Administration the right to suspend the Blogger's account until he fulfills the requirements of the Advertiser.

Advertiser has the right to return to Blogger the post text not meeting requirements of the task drawn up in accordance with the LinkFromBlog "Terms of Service for Advertisers".

Blogs should be open for all without prior registration. Separate blog entries are allowed to be closed and hidden in, but all paid entries must be opened. Commenting on records issued at the Advertiser's request can not be prohibited in the blog. If your blog does not support commentaries, it can't be registered with the LinkFromBlog service.

Blogger is forbidden to delete posts, published at the request of the Advertiser, and also the blog itself.
18.
Blogger is not recommended to perform cash transactions with Advertiser out of the LinkFromBlog service in order to avoid disputes regarding the timeliness and completeness of these calculations. Blogger has no right to publish in the description of his blog or in the correspondence his contacts (ICQ, e-mail and others). If we find such facts the blogger's account will be suspended immediately.
19.
Every blogger has the right to register only one account in the LinkFromBlog service. You may not register additional accounts connected to the partnership references section Affiliates of the LinkFromBlog service. If such facts are discovered, Administration has the right to delete the additional account and suspend Blogger's account immediately.
In addition, Administration has the right to break existing partnership between registered users, if signs of bad faith will be deduced in it. Blogger who does not agree with the actions of Administration is entitled to a reasonable complaint to support service.

All correspondence between Advertisers and Bloggers is stored on the LinkFromBlog server and can be used by Administration in resolving disputes. All information about the tasks and the payments received by Bloggers from Advertisers, is confidential and not subject to distribution.

Advertiser is obliged to check the task completed by Blogger within 7 days from the moment of notice receipt from Blogger, otherwise on the 8th day, the task goes for checking and approving to site Administration.

Advertiser can not send a task to Blogger for redo with demands to correct anything not specified in campaign demand or in "Terms of Service".

When a negative cash balance appears on the account, Advertiser is to engage during one week to recharge his account in the LinkFromBlog service, to eliminate the debt. Otherwise, the advertising campaign will be stopped and account suspended.

Administration reserves the right to determine order of payments and currency in the LinkFromBlog service. Regarding any changes concerning settlements between Bloggers and Advertisers, Administration is obliged to notify visitors of the site no later than 5 working days prior, through the publication of relevant ads on the site www.linkfromblog.com.

Administration of LinkFromBlog has the right to refuse registration of the owners of blogs:
a) which are prohibited in at least one search engine, regardless of the reasons for such a ban;

c) with offensive or adult content;

When suspending or deleting an Advertiser's or Blogger's account Administration within 7 days performs tasks payment to the Blogger - in case of the Advertiser as of the time of the account suspending accepted, but did not manage to pay for the completed tasks.

The rest of the balance will be transferred to the Advertiser's or Blogger's last known payment details.
